※オンライン予約での施術料金はシステムの都合上、通常料金（土日祝料金）を頂戴しております。

※平日料金に関しましては、お電話、DM、店舗でのご予約に限りご用意しております。あらかじめご了承くださいませ。

【キャンセル可能期間】

ご予約のキャンセルやご変更は、1営業日前の営業時間内(20:00迄)にご連絡をお願いいたします。

＊水曜日が定休日のため、木曜日のお客様でキャンセル、変更等につきましては、火曜日までにご連絡下さい。

ご連絡方法につきましては、電話・SMS・インスタ・メッセンジャー・WhatsApp・LINEにてお願いいたします。

店舗からの返信をもってキャンセル完了となりますのでご注意下さい。

【キャンセル料金】

当日キャンセルの場合はご予約いただきました施術料金の50％をキャンセル料金として頂戴致します。

【無断キャンセルについて】

無断キャンセルにつきましては、ご予約いただきました施術料金の100％をご請求させていただきます。

【ご来店の遅れについて】

• やむを得ないご事情で当日のご予約時間に遅れられる場合につきましては、分かり次第、お早めにご連絡をお願い致します。
• ご予約時間を10分以上過ぎてのご来店は、施述時間の短縮させて頂く場合がございます。

（施術を一部短縮させていただきました場合でも、ご予約時のメニュー料金を請求させて頂きますのでご了承下さい。）

• ご予約時間を20分以上遅れられる場合は自動でキャンセルとなり、その際もキャンセル料（50%～100%）が発生致します。

【Cancellation deadline】

Please cancell until one business day (before 20:00) prior to your appointment. *For customers whose reservations are on Thursdays, please contact us by Tuesday.

Please contact us by calling us or DM us (SMS, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Official LINE).

Cancellation will be completed with our response.

【Cancellation Fee】

-50% of the treatment price will be charged for cancellations on the day.

-100% of the treatment price will be charged for NO-SHOW cancellation.

【When being late for appoinments】

• In case of being late for reservation, please let us know as soon as possible.
• The treatments may get shorter in case of arrivals later than 5minutes for the reservations. That being the case, full fee of the treatment will be charged.

• In case of being late more than 20minutes, the appointments will be automatically cancelled. 50%~100% of the treatment fee will be charged in the case.

          Due to the recent increase of costs for electricity and massage materials, sadly we have to raise the price of all our treatments and partly change our menus starting on February 1^st, 2024.

           This was a tough decision to make, and we understand how it affects our customers. 　さて、この度2024年2月1日(木)より当店の施術メニュー変更及び価格改定を行うこととなりました。価格改定につきましては、昨今の原材料費及び輸送料上昇に伴い、施術に使用する商材価格も高騰し、当店におきましても実施させて頂くこととなりました。その様な中でもより一層お客様にご満足頂けるようなサービスを提供するため、一部メニューの変更もさせて頂くこととなりました。新しいメニュー表及び料金に関しましては、写真の表をご参照ください。
